Synergy had a blast last Saturday helping to raise money for the Relay for Life this year! A big "Thank you" to all the RMTs who were able to donate their time to the massage therapy tent. The tent raised $483 this year!

Relay for Life May 7, 2016
Synergy would like to thank the practitioners who volunteered their time, as well as everyone who stopped by the tent. The Massage Therapy tent raised $428 for the Relay for Life! Great job everyone!
YMCA Road Race & Healthy Kids Day June 7, 2015
Synergy had a great time showing our support by giving the participants of the YMCA Canadian Tire Road Race and Healthy Kids Marathon massages. The YMCA Canadian Tire Road Race offers a 5km, 10km and half marathon (21km) route. Afterwards is the Healthy Kids Marathon in which kids walk or run 41km previous to June 1, 2014 and complete the last 1.2km at Masich Place Stadium.
Canada North Resources Expo May 29 & 30, 2015
All our RMTs at Synergy had a great time helping to spread the word of Massage Therapy at the Canada North Resource Expo. We gave free massages, tips for stretching and general information to help explain the benefits of massage therapy. Its always fun to meet new people from near and far.
Rely for Life May 9, 2015

Synergy Health & Wellness had a great time, along with three other Prince George RMTs, at the Relay for Life. There we provided massages by donation to help raise money for the Relay for Life. This year our tent raised $443.65. Thank you for all the support and those who helped out.

Infant Massage Course November 30/14 - December 28/14
The Infant Massage Course is a 5 week interactive course that strengthens the bond between parent and child. In this 5 week course parents will learn how to massage their own infants, as well as take part in open discussions about massage for infants and its benefits. Both parents or a supporting family member / friend are welcome to attend all or any classes. This course is designed for infants up to 1 year of age with modifications for the growing child. Prince George Triathlon & Duathlon July 20, 2014
The Prince George Triathlon & Duathlon is an individual or team event consisting of over 120 athletes. The race includes three events: Olympic Triathlon (1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run), Sprint Triathlon (0.75 swim, 20 bike, 5km run) and Duathlon (5km run, 40 bike, 5km run). We had a wonderful time showing our support to all the athletes participating. Good job everyone!

We would like to say "Thank you" to the Prince George Registered Massage Therapists that donated their time to the Relay for Life. The donations given at the massage therapy tent raised a total of $450.35. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to see us and donated to the cause. We had a wonderful time and look forward to next year!

The Y Road Race June 2, 2013
We were happy to lend our support and offer massages for the amazing Y Road Race runners. Good job to everyone and keep up the good work! The Y Road Race includes a 5km, 10km and 21km (Half Marathon) route. Also put on by The Family Y is the Healthy Kids Day Run of 1.2km. Canada North Resource Expo 2013 May 31 & June 1, 2013
We had a great time attending the Canada North Resource Expo 2013. Not only were we able to spread the word about the benefits of Registered Massage Therapy, we were also able to demonstrate the benefits with a free 15 minute massages to the attendees. Thank you to all those who stopped by our booth!
Relay For Life May 11, 2013
With the help of five Prince George Registered Massage Therapists, we were able to show our support by giving massages to the participants of the Relay. The donations we received for these massages raised $456, all going to the Relay for Life. It was a great day and we thank everyone who came out to see us, as well as the wonderful group of RMTs who donated some of their time. See you next year!
